transcription practice module contains some more tough files than the voice
files and test files. In TP module there contains Practice Files and Test
Files. Consultation Notes, Discharge Summary, ER (emergency room) report,
History and Physical, and Operative Files. In operative files there contain
various tough medical terms, medical and surgical equipments name, medicine
names etc.
The issue that you raised in your blog is really very serious, and most of people lose the quality and integrity of such subjects, when they try to pen it down. But, your job is well done.
